So the prompt for #clairestelle8jan was Out of Your Comfort Zone. I have struggled with chrome so much! I thought it was the chrome I was using, but I might be wrong. It may have entirely been the products I was using at each step! Here's how I got this to work: 1. Applied a pink polish (not gel) as a base 2. Applied a thin layer of @ibdbeauty builder gel. 3. Waited for gel to level out (very important for a smooth chrome finish!) 4. Cured for 2 mins under UV lamp 5. Wiped off the tacky layer with a DRY lint free wipe (don't use any cleaning solution!) 6. Applied @daily_charme chrome #3 with a sponge eyeshadow applicator 7. Brushed off excess powder with a fan brush 8. Topped with @ibdbeauty gel top coat 9. Cured for 2 mins 10. Washed my hands with soap and water to get rid of all the powder around my nails I hope this helps someone! I spent so much time figuring this out with the gel products I personally use.
