The Tarbell Treasure The first book I ever purchased was volume one from The Tarbell Course In Magic. It was $15.00 back then and I cut lawns until I was able to get all 8 volumes. Every magician I know has a set on their bookshelf. These books kept us learning, practicing and dreaming. Still to this day, I love picking up a volume and start walking through the pages of effects, methods, routines and moves. The effects I’ve chosen are the ones I believe are Tarbell worthy. Each one is strong, time tested and certainly fun to learn, practice and perform.
