Do you like Dulce de Leche? Do you know how easy it is to make?? Just some sweetened condensed milk in a covered oven safe dish. Put that dish in a high-sided baking pan and fill the pan with hot water up to the level of the condensed milk. Bake in the oven at 400F for about 1 1/2 hours until golden brown. It will look curdled after baking but all you have to do is blend it up and it goes smooth and creamy. An easy and less expensive way to get a delicious treat!
