New friend?

So. I made a new friend today.

One issue. I don’t speak Spanish.

At all.

Quite a big issue if you asked me. But I’m a stubborn idiot who doesn’t want anything to get in the way of me on a blue moon night making a new friend so being the genius I am, I opened my laptop and opened up google translate.

I was trying to type “I don’t speak your language.” Btw, in case you were wondering.

Needless to say it was hard.

But I’m a stubborn fool.

And an idiot, but never mind that.

At some point right as I got google translate out, they sent: Guiame

Which I found out mean Guide me.

And I felt all warm inside. Cuz. A moth asked me to guide them.

Anyways— ignore me

I asked: where do you want to go?

and I was typing as fast as my small hands could. I got as far as nose dime tu divirtámonos before the message vanished, but I translated what I had and it was: don’t tell me, let’s have fun

So I took the fellow to the Sancuary Islands (after accidentally losing the poor fellow in the doorway between home and the hidden forest— poor guy)

And we (I hope) had fun. Getting the fellow their winged lights and all.

Finally, at the top:

Of course, they probably didn’t understand, but still.

They asked my name and I asked for theirs and they flew off.

Then I sat down and wrote this post.

Happy first day of Sanders Sides Appreciation Month y'all! I really dont know what to say except, I hope to be able to keep this up all month. First we got my boy, Logan. For every week I'll start with a simple picture with them. But! Dun dun dun dun. The mini Logan next to the big one is the one from @residentanchor 's story "A Lesson In Practicality" drawn in @robinsdraw 's style. Awww! I absolutely loved the animatic and had to go check out the story and read it all in two days. Lol. I'm getting around to reading "Probable Therom" soon. Thanks to however made the, uh, challenge, month, thing? (What do I call it-) I hope you enjoy! (Oh God, why did I tag people-, oh God I'm so awkward)

Procrastinated so hard got lost in the void for 3.. month? I didnt count sorry- Anyway, i was doing an animatic and acidentlly deleted it 💔💔 . If i wasnt dumb it would be done in march. I started again yesterday soo wait idk how many months for it ^^

An experience I had at my local convenience store today:

I walk in, and as I'm approaching the counter, one of the clerks dances past me. I smile, both at her and at her silly antics.

I approach another clerk whom I recognize and expected to recognize me with how frequently I visit this convenience store.

At the same time, the dancing clerk dances behind the counter.

I ask for cigarettes and the clerk I'm speaking with asks "what kind?"

"Light blue American Spirits"

Half a second behind me, the dancer, whom I did recognize and who did recognize me, "Light blue American Spirits, aww I was too late. I was too focused on dancing"
