Angst- another fallen vod
Howzar gasped in pain as the scalpel was dug into his skin.
He shook in pain trying to breath, but the pain was too great.
He choked on sobs and begged for them to stop.
He felt the knife leave feeling blood ooze out the wounds.
He gasped for air blinking up at the white light of the operating light.
He felt hands on either side of his head.
"Cc-1224, chips seems not to be working. Permission to see why".
"Permission granted".
He felt the needle be jammed into the side of his head.
He gasped in pain and everything was numbed.
He heard the wirl of the small saw.
"P-please" He felt tears begging
The world went blank.
He gasped in pain tasting blood looking around with blury vision.
He blinked at the figure leaning over, a burn on the side of his head
"Howzar?" It seems to echo in his ears, too far away but enough to hear him, "comm-cross....."
He felt a hand to his gently "you did good okay?" He felt tears hitting his face
His eyes falling heavy
"J-just doing.....my job......like a g-good soldier should....." He went limp
Cross blinked at another fallen vod, he failed them.....he failed them all
Tears fell down his face he pressed he's forehead to the fallen vod
Moving a hand over those Amber eyes, which were so full of life, he closed them gently, biting back his won tears
"Good bye vod.....enjoy your freedom...from this nightmare"
Cross let go of captain howzars hand and ran
