Better hairstyle?

a few months ago i would have said pigtails definitely but now i'm leaning more towards short. videl sort of reminds me of the kind of girl who impulsively chops off her hair but it ends up being a huge lightbulb moment for her aesthetically!

i used to not like her short hair just because it seemed super messy at the time but i like it more now because it's like. endearingly messy in the sense that you can really tell she tried to cut it herself, very high school kid move of her
