2017 Asexual Awareness Week Fandom Challenge - HP Edition
Asexual Awareness Week 2017 is October 22 - 28! This year, we at aroacehogwarts would like to pose some of our own unique, HP-themed prompts for the annual Fandom Challenge.
As usual, you should tag any Asexual Awareness Week Fandom Challenge with #AAWFC. However, for us, you should also tag your posts with #aroacehp so we can find your HP content!
Responses can be canon, headcanon, a simple statement, fanfic, fanart, aesthetic/moodboards, photomanips, playlists, meta, analysis, gifsets, quotes, etc.! Any kind of fan produced content that you believe fits within these prompts is welcome and will be reblogged by us!
You can submit directly to aroacehogwarts or post the content on your own blog and @ us. Don’t forget, you can earn House Points if you include your House/House initial in your post/tags! You will receive DOUBLE POINTS this week for whatever you post (ie a headcanon will be 2 points, fanfic 10 points, etc.). Without any further ado, here are the HP AAWFC prompts:
Sun the 22, Day 1: Post about your favorite/long-held ace/spec HP character headcanons.
Mon the 23, Day 2: Post about a new/recent HP ace/spec headcanon you came across and like.
Tues the 24, Day 3: Post about an argument for any HP characters being canonically ace/spec.
Wed the 25, Day 4: Post about ace/spec HP characters who are in relationships.
Thus the 26, Day 5: Post about magical, HP-inspired ace/spec merch and pride items.
Fri the 27, Day 6: Post about being ace/spec in the magical HP-based community. What sort of clubs and activities are there for acespec wix? What does magical pride look like like? How do ace/spec wix find each other and connect?
Sat the 28, Day 7: Post about ace/spec HP characters dealing with acephobia or perhaps even standing up for you and the acephobia you face.
If you’re not going to be around for AAW, you can go ahead and submit/post responses now; we’ll save them and wait to reblog for AAW.
