Really sorry for the low quality on this one, it was a doodle I did in a drawing platform called Aggie with some pals! I am very much not dead, I was working on Homeraised (which will be coming out soon, not in comic form though you’ll see!) when I abruptly may have lost a very close friend of five years due to reasons I still don’t understand. It’s hit me pretty hard, so as a result getting back into making things has been... well, hard. But I at least wanted ya’ll to have some kind of update from me aside from a commissions sheet! So here’s Pink in his alternate outfit, getting ready to throw down!

Well... he is a Steven at the end of the day. When it comes to being a Diamond, he’s not very good at uh... hurting others. There are other things but... you’ll just have to see. : )

I was wondering, as long as I credit you, would it be alright if I answer some in-character questions as my adapted version of Homeraised Steven? It's okay if not, I just thought I would ask beforehand, as you have put so much time and effort into this amazing AU!
Hey there! First of all, thank you so much, I’m really glad you enjoy it, that means a lot to hear!!! <3However, I do need to be honest. I do not feel comfortable with him being used in RPs, nor do I feel comfortable with you answering in character questions as him. I do appreciate you asking beforehand, and I also understand that I don’t have anything specifying that in my FAQ on the @homeraisedsteven blog yet, so you wouldn’t know. I’ll be updating that after I answer this.The reason I’m not totally comfortable with this is because I will readily admit I’ve gotten quite attached to him, and as a result perhaps a little bit protective. This may change in the future, but in the meantime, I’m a bit finicky on this sort of stuff. I’m completely okay with fanart, little fancomics, or fanfiction being written of him! However, RP and portraying him in character in a more interactive way is territory I’m not very comfortable with right now. I hope you understand.However, this being said, you mentioned an adapted version? I implore you to create your own Steven raised on Homeworld/living on Homeworld! This is not a concept that is exclusive to me, there are many AU Stevens that hail from Homeworld, Homeraised is just my take on it! Crafting your own Steven rather than using someone else’s gives you a huge amount of freedom and it’s really fun, I would urge you to give it a try! <3
