Jimmy gave Scar a lasso, he just forgot to elaborate not to use it for "personal reasons". He did have a lecture when he walked in on Scar and Grian with Grian squirming and panting while naked with love bites scattered around him. Jimmy's just annoyed because Grian's trying to give a smug smirk over his gag

Jimmy would be so flustered, trying to stay mad ignore the fact that Scar and Grian and engaging in sexual activities with his lasso.

The sheriff would have to try so hard to not get distracted over Grian's smug chuckling and muffled words as he tries to talk around his gag whilst he disciplines Scar one what he's supposed to use the lasso for.

Jimmy: *don't pay attention to fact that grian's naked and that Scar has a boner and- omg...that's pretty big- wait what!???*

Scar: Gosh how silly of me, I promise to only use it to capture bad guys ^-^

both of those are pretty old, though, so i threw together something quick :P though this is pretty ambiguous loool

i think the reason i haven't drawn it more is because i usually interpret him as human rather than the popular bird hybrid design (not that i don't like that one!)
