Can somebody please be happy in something I watch!
Maybe next week we’ll watch Grave of the Fireflies to brighten things up.

Dude!
How is it that every time I take a break from Homestuck to liveblog Steven Universe, there ends up being a theme?
Back during the Wanted arc, John ascended to god tier and Lars was resurrected as a pink zombie in practically back to back sessions, giving us a Death and Rebirth theme.
This week, the theme is the Breaking of the Fellowship. The strain of their respective journeys has pushed Lapis away, caused Jane to lose her temper, formed a rift between Steven and Connie, and left Jake wondering what he really wants out of his relationship.
We’re in the middle of some dark times.
That’s actually not a bad description of how pixels work.
We’re not.
Shut up.
Go away.
We’ll talk again once Vriska figures out how to kill you.
Toodles!
That’s not what you want to see.
It’s kind of funny how Roxy went from talking to Feferi (someone who was half-Feferi anyway) to now being at the mercy of her ancestor.
Here we have Roxy doing her level best to calm down her blue not-quite girlfriend. Now why does this seem so familiar...
There’s always got to be a theme when I take a Steven Universe break.
There are definitely worse places for Nepeta and Feferi to be. The Alpha girls are nice, and they’re probably safer from Lord English here than as ghosts.
