Rosco is a real survivor. This orange tiger and his buddy Jep spent most of their lives side-by-side in isolation, beating a case of ringworm. But they won and grew into healthy, strong young cats. Rosco loves to eat and has a thick neck and brightly colored fur to show for it. He gets along well with cats, especially Jep, and even tolerates dogs. The Humane Society of Allen County helped save Rosco's life; can you help make the rest of his life a happy one?

Dee Da must have been a purse in a past life, because this cat just loves being carried around. She's a 1-year-old shorthair with a beautiful tuxedo pattern. Dee Da also has a cute, little white mustache smudge under her nose. Come meet this big-time cuddler at the Humane Society of Allen County.

Renaldo's a street-smart tomcat with a lot of confidence, the kind of cat who speaks softly but carries a big body. This 3-year-old orange tiger bears the marks of a few fights during his life outdoors, but he's beyond happy to be inside, where he rules the roost. Renaldo currently lives in a colony room at the Humane Society of Allen County and gets along great with his fellow felines, but he's not crazy about dogs. He also really, really enjoys having his rear end scratched and shows his appreciation by licking the air with glee.

Coletta is a frisky, furry little lady taken in as part of Operation Catnip. Usually, cats are captured in live traps, spayed and released. But rare cats like Coletta are so ideal for adoption, the Humane Society of Allen County spays them and offers them for adoption. Coletta is a 7-month-old longhaired kitten and full of personality. She is a born mouser and talented acrobat who is sure to entertain you every day.

Congratulations on your adoption, Prescott! The Humane Society of Allen County launched Operation Catnip to spay and neuter stray cats in our community, but every once in a while there's a kitten so perfect for adoption that he isn't released back onto the street. And who could resist Prescott? This 6-month-old brown tiger is a petite longhaired kitten with plenty of pep and personality. Prescott still has his adorable kitten belly and a beautiful white blaze along his nose. He's a very social young cat who enjoys people and other cats. But most of all, this guy loves toys. He'll play until he's panting, then play some more.

If you're looking for a classic kitten, we have three littermates who fit the bill. Meet Sonny, Socks and Rizzo. Sonny is a solid brown tiger who's a real growler. When she gets a toy in her mouth, she likes to play a little tug-o-war and rumbles up an adorable growl. Her sister Rizzo has a little more white to her coat and seems to be the most agile of the group. And their brother, Socks, has the most white to his coat. Socks is pretty good with his paws and tends to act like the leader. All three of these 4-month-old kittens are available for adoption individually or as a trio!

If the Humane Society of Allen County had its own retired prizefighter, he would be Mushmelon. This big, sweet, 2-year-old orange tiger has taken his licks but refuses to get bitter. Mushmelon gets his name from his massive noggin', which few people can resist petting and scratching. He was a stray who came in with injuries, probably from getting the bad end of a cat fight. All Mushmelon wants to do know is have a peaceful, happy life. He's content to be held in ridiculous positions and lies down in the weirdest ways. He's still a playful guy, just not very wild. Gentle is the name of Mushmelon's game.
