Started the 3.1 Trailblaze Mission and... My God, Mydei. Hell of a family you got there.

It's interesting because at first, we all thought Euriponte was a cowardly bastard, but now that we've seem him speak, he's... Still a bastard, of course, but (at least to me), his decision to cast Mydei into the Sea of Souls wasn't out of cowardice, but pragmatism. He actually reviled Kremnos' traditions of bloodshed. In comparison, Gorgo (Mydei's mother, not the one who founded Kremnos) seemed much more like your traditionalist Kremnoan; it's just that she prioritized her feelings as a mother.

Funny how it works. The only parent Mydei has any love towards is his mother, but he actually somewhat thinks like his father.

Nice Eurypon is fun because it makes it even more tragic that he goes mad & more sense as to why nobody (except Gorgo) did anything when he was throwing babies off of cliffs
