this css problem is pissing me off, i just want a really big cursor but webkit is stopping me

when i drag the really big cursor the the right side and bottom of the screen it turns into the default cursor. theres probably a good reason to do this as a browser but I WANT TO OVERRIDE IT. HOW DO I OVERRIDE IT. I WANNA CONTINUE MY SITE ALREADY

edit: I've given up on overriding the cursor itself im just gonna work my way around iy
