I've never had a show I already loved go out of its way to specifically appeal to me as much as this latest audiolog from H:TP. Revealing that Lord Fatigue was adopted by the fucking Katipunan and was embezzling Arcanum funds for hunter organizations in Southeast Asia? Absolutely insane. H:TP is about the last place I'd expect to see this kind of representation. Yarmouth is as far from my hometown as you could get, yet somehow my ancestral province of Iloilo comes up. Unbelievable. One thing I'd like to point out that I haven't seen anyone discuss yet is the fact that in this one frame of Kronik attacking Wayda, we see he's missing his eye--his left eye, the same one he took from Pascal. Was this wound before or after the Insurrectionists shot at him? His justification for his co-opting of the Garou abilities is to "use his enemies' weapons against them". Instead, we see him inflicting the same wound on his victims as he suffered himself. Intentional symbolism for his hypocrisy, or just a cool parallel? Who knows.

All I know is that Wayda is my favorite character in this entire series, oh my god.

I just finished the new H:tp episode, it is excellent, and I love Wayda so much, I think she might be one of my favorite characters now
