This one took much longer due to details (and a corrupted file) but im very happy to have finished it with more custom dragons and other art on the way!! Might be making a whole HTTYD fan au/story for these guys if they keep infesting my brain 😋💜

How about a Boneknapper and a Storm cutter or a Storm cutter and a Shock jaw?

( @acamaryseinteery ) I used to dislike the canon Bonestormer design but then I got one in SoD (emulator) and now I'm very much fond of them. This redesign idea was still a banger though. (I'm voting Bonecutter for the name)

The matching shoulder cloak autistic gang

Me and my friend made Viking OCs (mine is in the middle). They're friends because they don't really fit in and were one of few people on Berk to ride rather rare dragons (won't dwell into it too much there's a story for each dragon). Verbena is the youngest member of the group (16 y.o.) and could be called a herbalist - she grows plants and makes all sorts of potions, poisons and other kinds of mixtures out of them, she rides a Boneknapper and also has a tamed Scauldron. Anemonia is one year older, she "examines" animals and dragons and tries to learn about their physiology, anatomy and behaviour (mostly the first two things, as she looks for well-preserved corpses around the Archipelago, cuts them open and notes whatever she finds out), she rides a Sand Wraith (I posted him previously) and also has a tamed Terrible Terror. Devon is one year older than Anemonia and is a shepherd - he keeps a large herd of sheep and sells their wool, he rides a Death Song and also has four tamed Speed Stingers he trained to guard the herd.

The Nightboner

So far not many have been discovered, mostly because they're masters of ambush. These morbid guys don't exactly need to use bones as armor but seem to still gather them for some reason. Maybe to look more like their parent or perhaps to attract mates? There's a lot to discover about these dragons. What we do know for sure is that they certaintly don't have patience to wait for a dragon to die of natural causes to harvest it's bones. Corpse raiders prefer to speed up the process themselves, and, although sad, it does actually help with overpopulation of smaller dragon species such as Bubblehorns.
