Meet the terrible terror named Bitey! My dragon OC who loves Dorothea very much, he can often be seen in the company of a girl!💙💖

He is very spoiled by Dorothea, who allows him to do almost anything (for example, sleep on the bed!) and she always treats the baby with the most delicious fish

Bitey is very attached to Dolly and is ready to bite anyone he deems dangerous to the girl (very often Dolly's brothers are being bitten, but they are amused by the biting and aggressiveness of such a little fella, so they often make it happen on purpose)

Bitey also helps Dolly to communicate with people. While being at sea for a long time, dragon delivers and brings letters for the girl

Many people do not understand such strong praise towards such a small dragon. As a defender, he clearly loses to other species, and you can't even fly anywhere on him! But Dorothea believes that Bitey is the best dragon in the entire Archipelago, and no Monstrous Nightmare can compare with him.

And Dolly doesn't really care about flying. Moreover, she is terribly afraid of flying after the incident with her brothers, who unsuccessfully made fun of the girl, after which she safely fell into the water from a slightly high, but still decent height. After that, Dorothea decided for herself that it would be better for her to always stand firmly on her two legs than to fly somewhere high on a huge lizard.

My friends inspired me to make a httyd OC, so I introduce you to my girl, Dorothea (or Dolly!💙)

Dorothea is from a family of merchant sailors who roam the islands, selling various goods and spreading news and gossips 🤭

They firstly arrived on Berk after the overthrow of Drago Bludvist. As it turns out later, their family "business" is actually pretty successful, but quite small. It was decided to expand, and therefore they sail around the islands and tribes to introduce themselds and offer their services. The perfect time, because Drago was overthrown and the sea became calmer (so it seemed to them). Berk was one of the most desirable spots on the list.

Dolly is a simple girly girl. Miss beauty knows this, and therefore often plays cute to customers in order to sell them some product. She is the youngest in her family, and also, the only girl. Because of this, all her life she was surrounded by extremely high attention and care. She constantly got away with everything and was forgiven a lot.

However, many things were forbidden to her: she was always too small for weapons, it was dangerous, so she was not allowed to fight. When her brothers went to a training (although it's a stretch to call it "training", they were often just fooling around with each other), Dorothea followed them, but just watched what was happening. Brothers did not let her try anything and joked in every possible way (if something happened to her, their father would "wring their necks" (from his words)). Soon the girl got tired of this activity and stopped going there.

But Dorothea's seamanship is a little better! At the age of 12, father started taking her sailing and the girl was constantly watching everything the sailors were doing. Yes, she may not specifically say what needs to be done in a particular situation, but intuitively she will definitely be able to navigate. In addition, Dolly knows the knots of the sea perfectly well.
