This is Wonder Lidell (she/they), she has an odd variation of the usual cerulean compulsion that makes those in proximity to her act strange and irrationally. She spends a lot of her time redirecting those trolls, trying to get them settled with something harmless before she leaves them. It's exhausting work, leaving her prone to self isolation.

Her original lusus was affected by her powers and ended up dying because of them, but she has since been adopted by an olive blooded cat lusus, that was already so weird that it appears her powers don't affect it all that much.
