snack trafficking.
@huffjuyeon
with a book on the history of a specific hogwarts painting tucked under his arm, seungjun meandered down the length of the library in search of his dirty little secret. every aisle of shelves glanced down swiftly between his long strides, paced perfectly to dart his gaze down each end and sigh quietly under his breath when she wasn’t there. she was always there. or at least, when he needed her to be and was looking for her. the coincidence on that matter was overlooked for that fact that he liked to make up childish reasons to tease her for such behaviour in an attempt to secure free snacks. a logic he didn’t question despite knowing better of it.
as the back wall of the library shortened in distance to three shelves, seungjun caught sight of the familiar head of hair behind a book, hunched over form dressed in the hufflepuff robes and looking absorbed in whatever she was studying. seungjun’s lips tugged into a boyish smile as he glanced behind him, habit when he was up to no good and then back to juyeon as he began to head down the length of the bookshelves to the desk she was set at in the corner by the window. his ravenclaw robes fluttering by his knees as he hastened his pace, darting forward on the last step to teeter over her shoulder and by her ear.
“--boo,” coming from his lips in a low whisper, not even waiting for her response before he began to chuckle to himself and lean away to escape any revenge she might decide to take up on him. eyes curved into crescents as a hand came up to his mouth to stifle away his laughter at the game. one he’d been playing since he was a boy in an empty home. “scared you, did i?” he queries, seeking satisfaction in from his efforts.
