Scout x Fem!Cuddly reader! Headcanons!

Scout absolutely adores you, and has no issue with you deciding to essentially glomp him every hour of the day.

Though when the both of you first met, it almost took him by surprise.

Not because he didn't like it, but because it was almost nostalgic for him in a way.

He's the youngest of all of his brothers, so he's used to being glomped, jumped, and essentially being the runt when it comes down to play fighting or group hugs, or simply just being walked all over, literally.

Scout's first instinct is to essentially brag about it.

"Oh yeah, just beautiful, the ladies love to see it!"

Though he didn't really expect you to be so incredibly cuddly. Like seriously, even when the both of you aren't hugging, you're holding onto his arm, wrapping an arm around his waist, giving him a plentiful of kisses.

Even though he gets a little flustered whenever you do it in front of the other mercenaries, he secretly feels very proud of himself.

If you're shorter than him, then expect him to frequently tease you, cup your face inside his hands, and talk about how utterly adorable you are.

If you are taller than him, then expect him to feign annoyance that he's supposed to be the big spoon, while you are meant to be the little spoon (though he would absolutely enjoy placing his head on your chest as you cuddle.)

When it is nighttime, and the two of you are cuddling, he has the habit of wrapping his legs around your waist while he places your closer to his chest.

On the other hand, you certainly enjoy him laying on top of you while you ruffle his hair, give him kisses, and cup his face while the both of you look into each other's eyes lovingly until you fall asleep.

Generally, he actually prefers to be the little spoon, though he'll never admit it.

Whenever he is the big spoon, he'll always wrap his arms around your waist, essentially pulling you into a big hug.

If you're scared, or he senses that you may be uncomfortable about something, he will come up from behind you, and wrap his arms around your upper torso, while gently giving calm words of reassurance.

Most of the team doesn't really care about the fact that the both of you publicly express you're PDA, but they do tease the both of you quite a bit, calling you "schoolchildren and can't seem to keep their hands off of each other."

Though it annoys Scout quite a bit, you don't really mind.
