I have been sick for over a week now- and it’s not even that bad, I’m just exhausted, my sinuses are backed up, and my face hurts.

I need to do upkeeping chores, but I can’t scrounge up the energy to sit in my chair without getting a headache. How am I supposed to do normal people stuff, like clean my room, do laundry- function?

Idk, maybe I should eat food and drink water, I bet that’d help. how did I forget water and food exist-
