every jonathan tiktok i see the comments talk about steve and "why can't we like both" and if you do like both that's great but i also think people who are jonathan fans should be able to like/appreciate him without bringing up steve. like not every post about appreciating jonathan doesn't have to come with a disclaimer that the op or comments like steve too bc steve is the most popular character everyone knows already

i imagine will talking to mike and lucas about santa and then telling jonathan and then jonathan worrying that if he doesn't get will what he wants for christmas then he'll assume he was on the naughty list so jonathan worked extra hard to get him everything on wills list. he shoveled nearly every driveway in hawkins and he found a job selling christmas trees. even tho santa was never a huge thing at their house he didn't want will to feel left out.

i feel like st 10th anniversary making like no noise outside of what's left of the fandom is bc it doesn't feel special given s5 "just" came out not that long ago. like in a lot of ways it just feels like extended s5 press instead of a special anniversary which is a bummer but that's what happens when you take forever to make 5 seasons of a show.

idk why people calling jonathan a stalker annoys me. like obviously we all know the photos in s1 was creepy and crossed so many lines but he wasn't stalking anyone? when he went to the woods he wasn't planning on seeing the party at steve's house at all. he literally was looking for will and heard a scream and thought someone was in trouble so he ran to help until he realized it was fine.

and i have my own thoughts about why he stayed and did what he did that i'm not going to get into but that's not stalking. call him a creep or a weirdo for the pictures but he's not a stalker
