taking the clothes from loki, dark tosses his newfound hair to the side. then tosses again, and again, now wearing a frown as frustration takes over. dark clearly isn't used to having hair, or a fully formed body in the first place. the rest of the body is easy enough to navigate, since dark had ALREADY possessed those components before. all had been invisible to the naked eye, however.
it's the hair that's tripping him up the most. upon picking out his appearance, dark had figured long red hair would look amazing. it's amazing in theory, far more obnoxious in reality. wisps keep flying into his face, and the way it falls against the back of his neck is uncomfortable, making him far too aware that there's pressure where there hadn't been before.
grabbing a handful of his hair, dark tugs roughly, trying to stave off a sensory attack. it's almost tempting to rip it out, but he can refrain from that much. instead, he's glaring at loki, as though all this is entirely the god's fault that dark has to deal with the concept of hair for the first time.
"what do you people do with this?" dark snaps, holding a handful out. "how do i keep it from flying all over the place?" reluctantly, he lets it slide from his grasp as he moves to put the clothes on. they are far less obnoxious to deal with than the hair, though there's still a mild sense of discomfort in this area too. being forced to cover himself up for the first time is only a mild setback he can handle; the clothes at least are removable.
following loki into his room, dark makes final adjustments to the outfit. he'd like a shirt to complete the outfit, but as far as style goes, he really can't ask for anything better. loki had certainly delivered on dark's request, even if it is a temporary outfit. dark keeps grabbing at his hair the entire time.
"why does hair even have to be a thing?" dark grumbles. "i feel my intelligence withering away by the second because it's touching my neck." it's a touch overdramatic, though he'd prefer being overdramatic to having an actual meltdown. if loki can provide clothes, surely loki can help him fix his hair without completely removing it.
