but question about your human agumon design, is he shorter or taller than masaru, because if human agumon being taller is like the younger brother being the tallest of all the siblings

Hiii I wanted to at least sketch their humanoid designs!! I will discuss two AUs One where they get turned from Digimon to Human And one where they were always human (their ages are for that) - In the AU where they get turned Human; Agumon is taller than Masaru and it definitely feels like that. Masaru is definitely thrown when he has to look up- I feel like Agumon would be one of those tall, lanky boys who hit puberty fairly early, so they kinda tower over everyone else their age until they catch up. Gaomon is about the same height as Masaru and Touma, but a little bulkier. I like the idea of him being dressed for athletics. He tends to look fairly serious, but he can get flustered kinda easily- similar to Touma. Lalamon is the shortest- shorter even then Yoshino; but she has older sister-naggy mom vibes where she scolds them a lot and reminds all of them to properly care for themselves. I feel like as a human she likes to fix people's appearance, and if Masaru's hair is unruly she likes fixing it. (Masaru is at first ?? but then just accepts it.) - In the AU where they were all human, Agumon and Masaru are friends from school! Agumon still towers over Masaru when they're 14, but he isn't as weirded out. They tend to get in silly shenagians and have been fighting on the streets together for awhile. Gaomon met Touma when Touma finally got to start training for boxing; Gaomon's quiet and serious personality was intimidating at first, but Gaomon was always nice and kind, and would listen when Touma needed it. They became quiet friends, Gaomon always supporting Touma when he needed it- he has been following him since their childhood, and Touma uses the excuse of needing a sparring partner to keep him close. Lalamon and Yoshino met where they were in highschool; Lalamon was the cool upperclassman who comforted Yoshino when she was having a bad day, and slowly grew closer from there. They end up rather close, and move in together when they're adults. I still kinda want DATS to be a thing; but maybe they just handle it differntly, or they don't go after Digimon perse... idk! The ramble I wasn't expecting to give today zzz

Human Armadimon for Iori Week! I am so happy that Iori is finally getting his own week, bless! Thank you to the host <3

Armadimon's human outfit design is loosely based on a samurai! His shell and helmet situation reminded me of the armor. I was really surprised to learn that samurai left their feet unarmored! Huh! Well, I guess Armadimon's feet are also unarmored, lol!

In Digimon Frontier (Season 4) Ophanimon, Seraphimon, and Cherubimon assumed Beast and Human digimon were equal.

So why is it that ALL human digimon (in the season) are essentially weaker than Beast digimon? I mean there were some exceptions (Mercurymon and Duskmon), but they were extremely rare. Getting your beast spirit was extremely important in the first few episodes.
