Threat Assessment and Risk Assessment react to Murderbot taking unexpected damage.

ND: You didn't know you wanted to be an artist when you were a kid?

B: No. I wanted to make video games.

ND: That's hard…

B: Yeah. I think the rest of the world might not a hundred-per-cent agree with you just yet, but I do. I definitely see the immense amount of artistry in games. Then, when I got to college, I realised I didn’t really want to do that. I got a job and kept making art just because I love making.

ND: Is there a difference between Beeple and Mike Winkelmann?

B: I think so. I don't feel like it's an alter ego — I'm not like Batman. I feel like it's just two versions of me.

ND: Do you feel you have something to prove to your new audience, or do you feel more of a responsibility to keep it pure for the people who were there at the start?

B: No, I've always just done what I’m the most interested in and hoped that the audience will follow along and think it’s cool. At the end of the day, doing what somebody thinks you should do or shouldn’t do is not going to produce good art — and it’s just not going to be fun for you.
