So, Oscar Mannington is just the human AU version of Ormad, right? Depressed writer who suffers from anxiety and also has a cat named Marley that he finds comfort in.
Oscar doesn’t know who his real, biological parents are, but he at least knows that they’ve abandoned him for an unknown reason. I don’t know anything about his adoptive parents so I’m not gonna put them here.
But his family consists of four siblings, all of them a little younger than him. All of them are also adopted.
Mortcia — The second youngest sibling, around her early 30s. She’s Hispanic and is very motherly, strict, but warm and caring. She cares a lot about Oscar, but she doesn’t visit him a lot because she has to take care of her adopted daughter, Rudy.
Barley — Third youngest sibling, around early 40s. He’s hardworking and humorous, but he has quite a temper and can get defensive quickly. He’s white and is that one buff dude you see listening to old records from the 60s. He smokes a lot. He doesn’t talk to Oscar a lot, and though he cares about him they have gotten into lots of arguments before. He’s a businessman.
Robert — Youngest sibling, late 20s. They’re Japanese and non-binary, going by they/them. They work as a DJ and a musician, and they’re pretty excitable and energetic. They like to stop by and visit Oscar a lot, or at least message him on their phone. Marley likes Robert the most out of all four siblings.
Sara — Second oldest sibling, early 40s. Works as a historian. They’re Middle Eastern and also go by they/them. They’re very wise and caring as well as very observant. To be honest, they’re a better therapist to Oscar than his actual therapist. Sara tries to visit him more, but they get really busy and caught up with their own things.
