If we think it is unfair for us to be represented by Adam, then we should also think it is unfair for us to be represented by Christ and to have His righteousness imputed to us by God.

So Close, Yet So Far
I did not write the following quote, but it’s something I’ve seen passed around now and again: "Life is to short. Grudges are a waste of perfect happiness. Laugh when you can, apologize when you should, and let go of what you can't change. LOVE deeply and forgive quickly, take chances. Give everything and have no regrets. Life's to short to be unhappy. You have to take good with the bad, smile when you're sad. LOVE what you have... and always remember what you had. Always forgive, never forget. Learn from your mistakes. But NEVER regret." So close, yet so far. . . . . "Perfect happiness" can never be human made, though a semblance of it can be grasped for a time. But such things as that which are mentioned above can only come from the True source of happiness, which is from God. Understand and trust that He is indeed caring for you. Only with the indwelling of the Holy Spirit can we have perfect happiness, for that is God's happiness in us, as a gift from Him. To truly be content with what you have, is to humble yourself to God, and know that He has a perfect plan for you at all times, and your circumstances are part of it, when you stay in step with He and His Word. Only with God, and His plan for you, is joy to be found. It is where you will be truly happy -do not depend on the fleeting things of this world. To fully forgive, is also to trust that all things that come to you, must first pass God’s inspection. He knows what you need, what you desire, and what you can withstand. And remember, He will not test or allow Satan to tempt you beyond what you can take, so long as you remain in step with Him. -Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good. Also, and most importantly, you must believe in His Son to partake of this glorious happiness and eternal purpose which NEVER leaves. Through Him, we can be free from the knots that sin and the weaknesses of human nature create in our systems. His Grace and constant care toward us are given freely, without a price. And as a believer, we are joint heirs with Christ, sharing in His Sonship, His closeness to the Father. Life in this sinful world is not easy, but we are to be as Divine Lights in the darkness, as glimpses of Christ to the lost and desperate souls who hunger for His peace. Human viewpoint can be good, and it exposes the moral compass, the conscience placed there by God, but without Divine guidance and perspective, it falls short of the Truth and taints true reality. God created us, and wants us to share in His peace and joy through thick and thin. Only He can provide what our souls and hearts crave -which is happiness and stability, no matter our circumstances. 1st john 5:11-12 Galations 3:26 Romans 8:16-17 1st Peter 2:5 & 2:9 2nd Peter 1:11
