Hello tumblr~
I'm a Humanities Scholar with specializations in Speculative Fiction, Queer Theory, and Critical Disability Theory. I have a background in Biology in addition to English and enjoy finding unexpected connections between the two.
Check out my Digital Portfolio to get to know me and my work:)
you know what's funny. from my social medias you'd only think im hyperfixated on marvel comics and some dc stuff after chilling out a Dimension 20/D&D Actual Play Shows fixation for the duration of 2020, and musicals and dating sims from 2017-2019, but here's the thing: I've been interested in humanities research for longer than any of these other ones. I still loose sleep over thinking about solutions for education and politization of the people and the fight to actively progress the end of capitalism and I still pace around my house about it and I've been doing it for YEARS now.
I suspect it started when I began going to a politics/debate/economy/MUN class during 1st year of high school but to be honest it probably began even sooner. So whenever I see a post about academic research and the like I'm always DRAWN in and I have so. Many. Thoughts on what academia should look like in order to be inclusive
