What is the intention of Canadian laws?
Who intends what, when laws are proposed, created, implemented?
Where is the transparency of intentions of what law is prioritized over others?
Should laws enacted, also document the intentions of why this law was created so that laws established could continue to be debated and regulated rather than cemented?
If tradition and culture is continuously evolving, shouldn’t laws evolve with the fluidity of this reality? - Sumbal Sabah
