I completed a challenge yesterday! I drank kombucha each day for the @HummKombucha 7 Day Challenge. I also just so happened to align with #NationalBoochDay yesterday. This is big news because although I like a challenge, I often don’t complete because life and excuses… and I also sometimes buy kombucha that just ends up expiring in the fridge. But not this time because the challenge was simple: All I did was have one kombucha each day and everything else was as usual (no need for “dieting”) but I have to mention that it did replace a glass of wine during dinner, so that’s another win for me! Before the challenge, I was getting overwhelmed with all my to-do lists, but now I’m happy to say that I was in a better mood with tons of energy to power through all the work I have to do at the beginning of the year. Plus, I want to incorporate more probiotics to help with digestive health, and a girl can only eat so much kimchi before needing a change up! I picked up 4 flavors at Safeway and my fave was Pomegranate Lemonade and Mango Passionfruit. I didn’t get to try every single flavor but I might just continue my streak and pick up some more.
