I think I have too much alone time with my mind

Like I don't know how to actually talk about my problems/feelings with people so I just plan out these long rambles that I would tell them but instead just keep it to myself or like.. do this.

And I just have so much inside of me that I want so badly to talk about with other people but then when I do say things a lot of times I'll end up wishing I hadn't even though there's no reason to regret rly. And I just overthink things so much. Like I will do a thing and then I will spend hours thinking over it wondering if I've ruined everything assuming things that other ppl might think as a result but like rly I have no way of actually knowing what other people think so why??? do I do this?????

Also another thing I like just sort of realized that I do is that when I imagine conversations where I tell people in detail like stories about me or my family it calms me down which is.. idk interesting.

And so here I find myself venting and being extremely vague on the internet because I'm incapable of letting people know that I feel things irl. Shouting into a void, if u will. Because for some reason I need to feel like at least someone will see this but not actually respond to it bc then I would have to acknowledge :/
