“--Shouldn’t you be watching them, or making yourself useful?”
"You know one thing I miss about the Ark?" she asked the person, relaxing after the long day. "Regular showers. No river, no grounder threat, just cleanliness."
The blonde was on watch. She had relieved one of the more tired guards earlier who had apparently been on watch since early morning and could barely see straight never mind keep a watchful eye out. After seeing him almost stumble off the wall Clarke marched up, took his gun, and told him to go eat supper and get some rest. Now she was pacing on the wall, gun gripped in her hands, as she watched the tree line and the setting sun.

"I can't believe it went down like that. I mean, I wouldn't be up for negotiations with that trigger happy ass shooting at my people either." Truth is, Addie didn't know Jasper well, but one of her biggest pet peeves was people being over zealous and aggressive with their weapons.
“---Is that your idea of a joke?”
Clarke sat cross-legged on the door of the Art Supply Store with a sketchpad in her lap and a jar of colored pencils resting close by. She knew it was irresponsible to sneak out with everything going on, but she couldn’t help it. She needed to escape for just a little bit. So she snuck out and came here for what she needed and decided this was good a place as any to relax. She smiled down at her half-done sketch of a wolf and flexed her hand a few times before continuing on. She, stupidly, wasn’t really paying to much attention to her surroundings. It was purely by luck that she heard a rustle in the dry leaves.
Brynn was out in the woods, one of the familiar places she’d walk over to when she needed space from camp. She was leaned up against a tree, using a rock to sharpen the one of her blades that was in her hand. She probably was spending to much time around Murphy since she usually caught him doing this kind of thing, but it did have purpose, who wanted a dull knife. She focused on sharpening for a few minutes until she heard movement, breaking leaves under someone’s feet. She looked up and over in the direction of whoever was approaching. “I know you’re there.” She replied simply. “I know, I wander around the woods a lot, now is there anything else you wanted?” She called out. Whoever it was, they were hiding behind one of the trees and she wanted to let them know she was aware of that. She didn’t know if someone had followed her out of camp and wanted to discipline her for breaking the rules, which was where her precious statement had come from; or maybe it was a grounder who she didn’t really run into often. Brynn wasn’t near any of the grounder boundaries but she knew it was possible anyway and thankfully she was always prepared.
Brynn knew by her boredom that it was time for her to go out on another one of her adventures. On her way over to her personal tunnel out of camp she heard soft footsteps behind her. As she turned her heard she saw her best friend standing there. “I would of waited for you if you told me that you wanted to go exploring.” She told the brunette before laughing a bit. “I’m glad you’re coming with me, we haven’t adventured together in a while. Shall we?”
