Student budget food hacks
Must haves :
Peanut butter
Garlic
Margarine
Cheese whiz or cheese
Salsa or tomato puree or tomato sauce
Sliced bread
Bananas
On days you do not want to cook
Breakfast : peanut butter and banana sandwich and margarine, garlic and cheese sandwich (grilled)
Lunch and dinner :
1. Get a subway salad
2. Layer your slice of bread with margarine, cheese whiz or cheese, salsa or tomato puree or tomato sauce
3. Add salad on bread
4. Grill it
5. Eat. For the entire day
Cheap snacks :
1. Stock up on snack pack puddings when they're on sale to cover your sugar cravings
2. Get a bunch of almonds (you can add those to any dessert to make it more crunchy or just as a snack and it is healthy
3. Make peanut butter and banana sandwiches
4. Get cake mix add water and oil and bake a batch of cupcakes
5. Granola bars (fill you up and it sweet)
6. Get frozen bag of fries top with salsa or cheese and garlic.
Quick food :
1. Choose a day to chop up all your garlic and onions
2. Store them in container
3. Get a pack of frozen veggies
4. Cook rice store in container
5. Whenever hungry put margarine or oil in pan, add garlic, onion and frozen veggies, soy sauce if u want, add rice to it. Side of salsa or add tomato puree to the rice itself and you made food in like 5 minutes.
Or
Margarine, garlic and tomato on slice of bread, add frozen veggies top with cheese whiz or cheese and grill. You got urself pizza like stuff. Yay.
Or.
Ramen, add soy sauce and frozen veggies, onions and garlic to it. Let boil. Enjoy.
