Game Over
Gon stepped out of the spell card shop in Masadora. The normaly sunny sky was cloudier than usual and the birds were rather quiet but he had a head full of numbers at the moment, and didn’t take much notice. ‘If only Killua was here, this would be so much easier..I could ask him to do it!’ he mentally groaned. Gon never really had gotten the hang of binder placement. He usually just threw his cards in quickly and his silver-haired companion would organize them later. Now he looked at the empty slots and the stack of cards in his hand with dismay. Gon sighed and stuffed them quickly into his binder and closed it. “Book.” The binder disappeared and he glanced up. Masadora was surprisingly empty. Where was everyone? Not a player in sight. Gon spotted a NPC walking his cow and approached. “Good morning, is there an event today or something?” “Eh?” “Uhhh where is everyone?” “Eh?” Gon knew that NPCs only knew a handful of responses, and tried to think of the question to ask in order to activate the farmer’s programing. “Can you help me?” “Eh?”
Gon blinked. “Hello?”
“E-e-e-e-eh?” The farmer’s voice seemed to glitch and he flickered briefly.
