Sometimes I think about how there was SO MANYYYY hurricanes in 2020 that they had to discontinue the auxiliary name list for if there was more than usual altogether. 😭

Went out to pick up an extra case of water and lord, every gas station is packed with people filling up gas cans. Even the sleepy, slow little grocery i went to had people and the water displays and aisle were pretty much decimated.

There’s a mandatory evacuation for the east part of town because of incoming flooding.

I live on the west, though, so I’m good. 

I just wish it would stop raining. I’ve always loved the rain, but after two days of nothing but rain, I’m reading for it to fuck off.

Yikes. So while we're ok and we didn't have anything bad happen to us, not a couple miles down the road is some SERIOUS flooding and the houses are in water. It's BAD.

Update

Power is still out (lost it yesterday morning). Phone is at 10%. No major damage! Everything is fine, except for miserable heat. We will survive though! <3 Hope everyone else is okay!

Just letting everyone know I am ok! Had one downed tree in the back of my house but it didn't hit my home. Power still on too! Only lost it briefly a couple times. The winds were nasty last night.
