I have always been very patient but it takes an extreme amount to sit in with a Soundcloud rapper. I would never criticize other’s creativity process, but I think I will be staying away from certain types of musical acts going forward.
So I was minding my own business this Saturday when I ended up running some errands. I end up walking past this pet adoption extravaganza and there she was. She was this beautiful black and white dog with spots, and she looked at me and touched my soul. Her name was Addy, and it felt like fate. She doesn’t answer to Addy, so obviously she needs a name, so help. For now meet Addy Jr.
I’ve just found my way into a YouTube wormhole. Paint mixing. Literally. The camera’s zoomed in on some blobs of paint, and then someone takes a palette knife and mixes them together. The colors are so beautiful as they combine. I love the sound of the palette knife hitting the table, as weird as that sounds. It’s life changing. It’s mesmerizing It’s relaxing. It... put me to sleep? Anyway, I did some further research and found out that these types of videos are designed to trigger a relaxing response in the body, so if anybody needs me, I’ll be in my bed for the next five hours having a pre-sleep nap.
I feel like introducing yourself is kind of weird, because it’s like “Hi, I’m Addison. Please be my friend’ because that is essentially what I am asking, but not trying to sound so lame, so I didn’t really ask. That’s a lie. Pls love me.
Like I said, I’m Addison, I’m a Sagittarius. According to my birthday horoscope, I am bold, and fearless. I’d climb a mountain just to do it, and that seems pretty accurate. I’m a California native, actress, and twin. I really enjoy drinking various types of coffee, watching reruns of the Nanny, and eating my weight in spaghetti.
I think I did it! I think I finally brought in every single box to my new apartment! Unpacking them is going to be a totally different story, but I’m so excited to be here, LA. How’s everyone else’s moving going?
