At A Glance:
Never Forget Your Enemy
South Korea (Thailand co-production) - Romance
Staring: Hwang Jun-su & Lee Ja-woon
After an accident, 29 year old Gi Haneul wakes up missing the last 10 years of his life. His last memories are from high school and Gi Haneul has completely forgotten his 7 year relationship with his former frenemy Yeo Saebyeok. But his amnesia isn't the result of a physical brain injury, there are memories his brain doesn't want to face.
This series was PAIN! Waited to watch this as a binge, and then couldn't handle the binge! Friends/rivals to lovers, angsty breakup, and the pain of being forgotten all in one short series. We were so heavy in our feels that we could only handle one episode at a time and then had to break for something fluffy before going back for more pain. This wasn't the strongest story, but it didn't matter. We were invested in this relationship from the first episode and we stayed firmly seated.
Ending: Happy and hopeful
Tears: We didn't shed actual tears, but the pain was there! And it was looooooong lasting. Every episode emotionally tortured us.
Main Couple: queer
Romance Scenes: Shockingly spicy for a kbl, but it is a Thai co-production, soooooo.... 👀🔥🚒
Flavor of Scenes: vanilla that will burn your tongue!
Heads up: car accident, stalking, stabbing, parent death
Never Forget Your Enemy is now in my top three KBLs. The story line is compelling, the acting is top notch and the chemistry is off the charts!
Lee JaWoon and Hwang JunSu are so good together, not just in the show but with all the social media and promo. Again its amazing chemistry
So I went back and continued to watch the reality show Boys Lost Thailand because they are both in it and I'd watched the first few episodes already. And its crazy because they really don't interact much at all. And Jawoon is so baby girl coded and Junsu has such a commanding presence that I'm having a hard time reconciling that these are the same people
NEVER FORGET YOUR ENEMY (2026) | Episode 2
Happy he managed to sneak out of the Korean mafia to have some idiots rivals to lovers romance 🤭
