It’s a little refreshing to not have to see his own clan’s signs plastered everywhere.
But that means he has to deal with Hyuuga crests. This is like nothing he’s ever dealt with before. Or read in his history books. His father’s remarried. And not only has his Father remarried, he married a man.
And not just any man, the clan leader of the Hyuuga.
It’s taking some getting used to. The entirety of his clan was moved to share this compound, back within the heart of the village, much to certain people’s dismay.
Itachi doesn’t like that there are servants everywhere. One to straighten his shoes and take his jacket when he returns from a mission. One to offer him fresh tea (it tastes good, though.)
Itachi declines a prepared bath and searches for Sasuke down the long hallways instead.
