While it seems that summer may be early or may be late this year, I like to keep a few tricks in my pocket to stay hydrated for the humidity and to ensure I stay on track with my goals! I always use weekends to relax and unwind; have drinks, indulge in appetizers, and soak up the uv rays. After 6 years of working the kinks out (a rollercoaster of results), I finally have a method to maintain my H2O during the warmest time of year and still not feel like I’m missing out - drinks can be had!!
