This image of Hydro Luge popped up in my photo memories today. This was taken in 2006. I kind of forgot about this ride. It's been almost 9 years since it closed to make way for Primoridal.
People loved riding the black slide because it was pitch black for most of the ride with little ventilation holes appearing periodically letting in a small beam of light. My favorite side was the blue slide. I felt like I got more wet on that slide than the black slide. It was great on a hot day unless the line was super long because it wasn't worth the wait.
