Aaah, I dunno if this’ll go super-well, I mean I wish i knew Shulk better but here I go

who wears the ugly christmas sweaters

Shulk, definitely. I bet Lucina goes to her usual shopping sprees with her mother Sumia (ah ah ah) and then brings her selection of “nice-looking sweaters”. Robin tends to smirk but keeps his mouth shut and just enjoyes the scene.

who picks out the holiday movies and who makes the hot cocoa

Shulk has to do both, but it’s not like Robin doesn’t say “let me handle the cocoa.”. Usually ends up with pots of burnt milk. Reflet (Robin’s twin sister) tells Shulk to never let his bro cook ever again before attempting to give Robin few lumps on the forehead.

who starts the snowball fight

Robin. Shulk being too busy viewing the snowy scenery gets a snowball right behind his head. The fights can go pretty long and there can be Bustered and Shocking Snowballs thrown to the mix. 

who drags the other under the mistletoe

Both are too shy to do this. Usually others force them to this if so. Palutena.

who decorates the house

Both get up to decorate the house. Robin of course plans the styling and Shulk gets the supplies from whatever are the best stores around. Chrom, Dunban and Riki usually help because it takes a hefty to decorate the place. Riki also brings in Lyndis due to her own wish, as the latter tries to talk more out with Robin. 

who hangs up the ornaments on the tree

It gets pretty difficult: with Shulk being somewhat taller than Robin, yet he doesn’t entirely know to to decorate a Christmas Tree, while Robin’s more experienced with that. So both have to do it together, which nets somewhat good results. But both like it out of their own craft.

who cooks christmas dinner

Reflet made already sure that Robin shouldn’t cook anything (at least before going to learn someday soon). Shulk doesn’t know however how to cook Christmas dinner so it’s once again calling in others to help. On the middle however, both do very good casseroles together in a rare moment where Shulk guides Robin (while being again guided by Reflet, at least in supervision.)

who invites the other to sing a christmas duet

Oh boy, this is difficult. Maybe Shulk as he gets interest to Karaoke, and Robin just watches while he sings, but then the other tries to wave his boyfriend to join in and it gets demanded by the crowd of friends: until Robin finally complies and… ah man this is so cute.

if they have any holiday traditions

Both go off to look the most best book for other as they just can to impress each other. Robin is very into it, Shulk does it somewhat more scatterbrained about it. What a lovely surprise then when both find out that they bought each other the very same book. That night they’ll just relax around mulled wines while reading it on bed together.

who would start a food fight during baking

Both won’t. However, Robin nonchalantly lets Riki join with Chrom and Dunban to bake. That Heropon gets stuck on all the dough when trying to peep the food and has to be freed.  Dunban suggest to put him to the oven which sets the Nopon off enough to cook the dough around him. Case solved. None talked about that ever again. 

who would get drunk off of eggnog

Robin. Shulk isn’t used to drinking eggnog, yet Robin seems to enjoy it. Sadly the guy gets somewhat drunk, and can come off as rather sad or melancholic. Shulk has to thus comfort him while trying to get him into bed.

Okay but consider this : at the very beginning before they became a thing they were always all awkward and blushing when the other was around because they're dumb nerds and thought the other was out of their league or something idk

My heart, holy shit. I guess Robin tried to stir that small talk which would lead both to their current relationship

but see I wish I'd live souther. Nothing happens in Canada it's a very boring country ( and by that I don't mean to say that I wish there was a higher crime rate or whatever, I mean like how can I even hope to meet someone famous here no one ever comes up here )

I'm jealous of your lower crime rate, not gonna lie. Guns are everywhere here, and it blows. And not much happens in my state either.
