Greetings archivist I'm a charm smith with adhd who keeps accidentally making minor charms sometimes without even noticing I apologize for any of the more bothersome of these that may have fallen in to your care you already have quite the collection and people do tend to drop them off with you so I made something to help with storage two small wooden boxes both a bit bigger on the inside in one no light can exist in the other no shadow and an empty glass tank within which time moves slower
Oh, yes - I think I recognize your maker’s mark on a few of the odd things that have passed through my hands over the last few years! All is forgiven; these are extraordinarily useful (as others have noted, it gets a little cramped in my corner of the Library as the charms pile up) and they more than make up for any inconvenience.
In return, what can I offer a charm smith who could make almost anything they lack? What I’ve seen of your work thus far has nothing of the darker give and take of sacrifice, so take this handkerchief, a lover’s token marred by tragedy, which you would never bloody your hands to make. It is stained with heartsblood (and therefore presented in a sealed plastic bag). It will turn aside a blow to the heart, should any of your charms ever draw ire that’s not assuaged by clever gifts.
