i’m tired. Lying down hurts. And I sat down and didn’t want to get up since it took to much effort
I fell hard tonight and biffed it on the floor. My knee went backwords in socket and down i went. I am hyper felxable. But It’s been a long time since i’m been this bad... Now I keep having to stand carefull because i can feel them giving way every time i stand. Considering going back to physical therapy and hoping it will help. At least strengthen some muscles and stretch out others. But how am i supposed to lose wieght if my own body keeps rebelling against me?! I have been doing alot of lunges and squats and am wondering if my knees are rebelling.... But again, I kind of have to do things to lose weight and get fit. And our work elevevator is going out of service for 6-8 weeks in late july... How am I gonna manage the stairs in the dead of summer being fat, extremely heat sensitive, with chronic pain, asthma, and now this?!?! It just doesnt seem possible.
I wish my body would stop trying to self destruct.
That's how ... kimkeysdimples I usually don't sit like this but the heater was too hot for my toes and then I remembered I used to sit like that a lot It's apparently used in meditation and is called 'full lotus' just one tip if anyone wants to try it is not to pull too much and hurt your knees
plus my laptop looks like it has toe-wings which is cool and disturbing at the same time
Perks of hyper flexible joints
I sneezed so bad I bent over and then my hip dislocated ... I mean what
(I have hyper flexible joints don't freak out)
