The most frustrating thing for my ADHD ass is when I get a song I like gets stuck in my head, but didn’t know the name of the artist or the song, and didn’t save the info, because I was dumb enough to think I’d remember it, so I’m forced to rely on specific scenes from the video to jog my memory only to go through videos with similar scenes and descriptions on YT music app. Worse when I don’t know the lyrics ,I just liked the tempo, the flow, and the melody.
It’s similar with books lmfao...I have to rely on a specific dialogue or scene to try to find it...I hate it. Like I have been successful in some aspects, but still!
