I don't understand why fans think Jack would be in Slytherin. Sure, a lot of what he did was for himself and he was cunning and whatever, but when it came to moments that mattered--moments he acted on instinct, he proved he was braver than the others; being the first to rescue Baby Tooth, to try to save Sandy, to dumbly fight Pitch. He also overestimated himself, proved he had a hot temper, and REFUSED power. He's basically James Potter or a Weasley Twin--Sorry, Jack should be a Gryffindor.
