We know Flambae was born in 1987, and Robert sometime between 1990 and 1992. Lets go with the lower number and say 1990. So Flambae is 2-3 years older then him in this possible circumstance. What if these two happen to be in the same area when they were kids? What if they happen to be in the same school? What if Robert starts high school and gets absolutely hit over the head with his first crush being on a literally very hot junior?

Robert would have been a sports kid in school I imagine, his dad wanting him to be athletic in order to be ready for taking on the Mecha Man mantle. I can see him being on the soccer team, or maybe lacrosse.
