Finals are finally done!! I can finally start writing again, which I am so excited for, I have some ideas for almost, deleted scenes you could call them, that never made it into my fics but that I have somewhat written.  So if there is interest I can throw those up here or make it a spin off series on Ao3 for them. (This does include a scene where Camila tries to google ingredients to food from the Boiling Isles)

But in the good news expect a lot more updates for both of my fics to start filtering through the days and thanks for everyone for being patient. and also reiterating the thanks for all the support my fics have gotten.

Barisi Update

I’m writing a, like, quadruple Barisi episode tag.

Now that the pertinent episodes have all aired, and since I've figured out the proper airing order, I'm writing an episode tag set after Great Expectations (with the reveal about Sonny's past), and Know It All (with the reveal of Barba's secret), and Genes (with Sonny's random outburst) and Net Worth (with the old, cheery Sonny).

My story encompasses all four episodes, and puts a Barisi twist on them. Hopefully, it also puts Sonny’s behavior in context.

I've been meaning to write something about these past episodes, but I wanted to get the full story first. For instance, I didn't want to explain away Sonny's anger in Genes without knowing Barba's secret first, since Know It All was supposed to air earlier, and maybe they were connected (they weren’t of course, but they totally are in my story lol). Does that make sense?

Anyway, I’ve got about 4K so far. It’s mostly dialogue (that’s how I always start), but I’ve also figured out the outline completely. It’ll take me a minute, but I’ll get this done.

If I’m not on tumblr as much, you should know that it’s because I’ll be writing some Barisi for you, lol. Hopefully I can get the story posted sometime next week :D
