FFO Reviews "I, Commander" by Evil Army
The cool thing about "I, Commander" by Evil Army is its short & sweet, and the band's not trying to fool you into believing they're anything they're not. It's classic 80's crossover; buzzsaw-like punk guitars backed with thrashing speed and attack, but lacking just enough technical playing ability to keep it out of "srs biz" territory. Death to false thrash metal, but also to Hell's Headbangers insistence of pricing 7"s at $6.66 because seriously, come on.
FFO: Exodus & Kreator, wearing spiked gauntlets, being that annoying guy in the circle pit with an open can of beer.
