Didn’t want to waffle on someone else’s post about Vincent so...

I prefer Hojo to be Seph’s dad, not Vincent, I just- I dunno the story of the asshole scientist being the abusive dad just hits the angst just right.

So i find it very interesting to look at Lucrecia who ran away and slept thirty years without really trying to get her son back or fix what she had willingly done to him or Vincent. Speaking of Vincent, he also ran off and slept for thirty years without trying to do anything either.

It’s funny because if you believe they’re Seph’s parents, both of them are so passive. As is Sephiroth in CC, he’s a follower even when he gives the orders, he got said orders from someone higher. He never really takes control of anything, doesn’t seem to have any hobbies other than sparring or doing daft things with A and G in the training room every now and then. He doesn’t have the drive to step out the box, his comfort zone simply because he’s been raised as a soldier, taking orders is all he knows how to do.

(Granted he starts to spread his wings a bit when A&G leave and he defies orders to kill them and refuses missions but it was kinda too little too late)

Hojo is the opposite of passive. Quite the wild card of pride, purpose and cruelty which describes Sephiroth after he finds Jenova.

Sephiroth turns from one parent into the other.

I don't have one. I love them all! They are so beautiful (because Thomas Sanders is a pretty human) and flawed and has strengths. I can't get enough of them! Omg

I'm in love with Remus, though. For some reason.
