Dazai was heading back home to your shared apartment after a day of work at the Armed Detective Agency
He sighed as he neared the door of the apartment
All he wanted to do was collapse into your arms and do nothing
But guess life has other plans for him...
He opens the door and steps in, he takes off his coat, “Oh my sweet Belladonna, I’m home!” he calls out for you
...no answer
He finds it odd that you weren’t there to greet him
Walking further into the apartment, he notices little drops of scarlet red on the floor

“I’m sorry I thought I would play a prank on you just as you do to me all the time but now I just feel bad...” you say with guilt lacing your voice at the sight of him with tears brimming his eyes
“...you actually thought this would be funny! I was scared...I thought...” he says upset but tears still brimming his eyes

He stops suddenly when he hears a little laugh

“Hey Chu. How was work? I’m sorry I got kinda bored so I wanted to play a prank on you...” you say nonchalantly

“Chu?” you say now feeling a bit of guilt once you see him with teary eyes as he tried to hold it back and his reddened face
“WHAT THE HELL Y/N!? DO YOU ACTUALLY THINK THIS IS FUNNY! DAMMIT. WHY THE HELL WOULD YOU THINK OF SUCH A PRANK!?” he yells
He goes back into the living room and places you on the couch where you were just a few moments ago
