One thing I like about Black Panther is that everyone actually acts. Instead of just playing themselves. Ant-man is specifically atrocious for Paul Rudd just playing Paul Rudd and all characters and actors following suit. One thing I can say about Guardian of the galaxy is that they will be following characters in a script and honestly one movie and done forever isn't unforgivable. If people tried and acting there ass off in Marvel movies more, I'd be comfortable giving these people Oscars more if they actually fucking cared about the movie making process at all. Angela Bassett was maybe the strongest contender so far but I hardly yet consider anyone else as strong ever. I'd give Bradley Cooper one for Rocket maybe. Who knew you going to care about a space racoon so much? The number one theory among fans is that Rocket will die and that's a huge emotional investment. I say if he doesn't? The movie is no good and I stand by that. Idk. I have a lot of Marvel thoughts today. Plz humor me, I'm playing the dumb media analysis game again
